As a communication specialist and strategic advisor to Solon Eiendom, together with my team at Natural State I have helped shape the vision for Søndre Tåsen Gård, transforming it into a public gathering place for everyone.
Originally built in 1816, the estate will feature a new eatery, loft offices, and event spaces, while its apple garden will become an open area for recreation and cultural activities. Integrated with the Tåsen Neste housing project, the farm will be a key social hub for the neighborhood.
With careful attention to the site’s history and cultural value, we designed a concept that preserves the farm’s heritage while introducing modern uses that brings value to the neighborhood and its owners.
